Gas prices set to rise-second time in six months
British Gas has implied it may have to raise the cost of household bills due to increasing gas prices. Owner of British Gas, Centrica, states in its interim report that wholesale gas and electricity prices (the price companies pay for energy) are around 25% higher than they were this time last year.

The team is focused on raising awareness of the brand and its services at key shows and exhibitions across the region. Sue Lamb, managing director at Solarwall, comments: “The launch of the exhibition team is a new venture for Solarwall. It was apparent last year that traditional ways of marketing were still allowing some customers to slip through the net. As there are numerous grants available to virtually everyone for both insulation and renewable products, we decided to take our offer directly to the marketplace. The results so far have been very successful and last week the team was awarded their first trophy for the best small trade stand.”
